There is a limit of two 77-litre bags per week for residential pickup. Extra bags of garbage require tags that can be purchased at the Town office for $2.00 each for residents who do NOT live in mobile home parks. Residents who live in mobile home parks can pickup additional garbage tags at Northwest Sanitation.

Instead of purchasing extra garbage tags, excess household garbage can be taken to the Whitecourt Transfer Station and larger loads can be taken to the Regional Landfill.
