2024 Small Business Week Events
The Town of Whitecourt in partnership with Woodlands County, Community Futures Yellowhead East, Alberta Government, and the Whitecourt & District Chamber of Commerce have teamed up on a celebration night and training for small businesses during small business week:
- Strength Deployment Inventory Training workshop scheduled for October 22 at Eagle River Casino from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Small Business Appreciation Night for Small Business Owners being hosted on Friday, October 25 at the Whitecourt Golf & Country Club

This week is all about honouring their efforts, dedication, and contributions to our community.

To be eligible for the video, business owners must
- Be located in the Town of Whitecourt
- Have a valid business permit to operate at the current business location
- Employ less than 50 employees
- Not have outstanding balances owing to the Town of Whitecourt
