The Town of Whitecourt Infrastructure Services Department is presently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the following temporary, summer position:
ENGINEERING STUDENT:
Duties include: Conduct inspections on public infrastructure: sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt, pavement, etc. Assist with Survey with road and drainage system. Assist with contract administration and site inspections. Prepare detailed estimates of quantities. Create AutoCAD drawings.
Applicants must be able to commence full time duties May 1, 2025.
Preference will be given to applicants that are enrolled in a post secondary institution for the fall of 2025. Please submit a resume and cover letter prior to 12:00 Noon Friday, April 4. Applications must identify the job number for the position.
