Neighbourhood Outdoor Rinks open for public use
Posted on:Grab your skates and head to one of our outdoor rinks! Outdoor rinks at the following locations are open for use:
- Central School
- Ecole St. Anne School
- Percy Baxter School
- Southlands Park
THIN ICE SIGNS REMAIN IN PLACE AT FESTIVAL PARK. The ice depth at Festival Park Pond is NOT safe for use; please obey all "Thin Ice" signs and other posted warnings. Crews will continue to monitor the ice thickness. Park users are asked not to throw items onto the pond as it makes it difficult to prep the surface for skating when rocks/sticks are frozen in the ice. Continue to follow this page for updates on when Festival Park Pond and Festival Park Skating Oval are open for use.
