Posted on:The 2022 FireSmart Annual Report was presented to Council at the December 19 Regular Meeting. The report outlines activities completed and initiatives undertaken to safeguard our community from fire risks, and the report is available on the Whitecourt website.
Whitecourt Town Council provided first and second reading of Fees, Rates and Charges Bylaw 1551-7 at the December 19, 2022 Council Meeting. A Special Meeting of Council has been scheduled for 11:45am on Wednesday, December 21 to further discuss the proposed bylaw. The bylaw reflects rates and fees outlined in the 2023 Interim Budget for services provided by the Town of Whitecourt and, if approved, will come into effect on January 1, 2023.
