Remembrance Day Service & Facility Closures

The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #44 Whitecourt, Alberta is hosting a Remembrance Day ceremony at the Allan & Jean Millar Centre on Monday, November 11. Doors open at 10am, and all those in attendance are asked to be seated by 10:20am.
The Allan & Jean Millar Centre will be open on Monday, November 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- The Fieldhouse will be closed from 8am to 1pm for the Remembrance Day ceremony hosted by the Whitecourt Legion.
- The Pembina Gas Infrastructure Aquatic Centre will be open 10am to 8pm
In recognition of Remembrance Day, the following facilities and services will be closed Monday, November 11:
- Town Office
- Forest Interpretive Centre
- Whitecourt Transfer Station
- Whitecourt Regional Landfill
- Whitecourt Food Bank
- Whitecourt Public Library
- Whitecourt Transit Services and Dial A Bus
