Request for Proposals: 2023 Fuel Contract
Posted on:The Town of Whitecourt is seeking a fuel contractor for the supply of unleaded gasoline, diesel and dyed diesel for municipality owned and operated equipment. Proposals should be based on a 5 (five) year supply of fuel commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2028 with an option to renew and/or extend the contract up to 2 (two) more years until December 31, 2030 and should indicate what, if any, factors will result in changes which occur throughout the year to ensure fair market comparisons.
